Desitarious wasn't around during Seditio Portland, but now he's back like he never left. Active in the Invictus, but far more in the places only Nosferatu dare to tread, distrusted for his Bloodline, and overshadowed by his lineage, he's become yet another Ancilla seeking to make a name for himself in a city he has come to call his Elderless Rose.
Desitarious makes it no secret that he is of the Azerkatil; a Bloodline of Nosferatu bred to kill other vampires. He continues the tradition of being a trained killer, but he focuses on keeping his murders sanctioned. Only his Beast gives away that conflict with other Kindred is in his nature.
No amount of manners, dress, and grooming can compensate for the Lonely Curse that afflicts the Nosferatu. It is impossible to have any but the most fleeting of interactions with Desitarious without noticing something significantly, impossibly wrong.
Desitarious is a gentleman. He's an artist. He's a lover of opera and other things he can't afford. Like women. He's a Casanova known for feeding exclusively off of members of the opposite sex that are considerably attractive.
Less of an ambassador and more of a, well, murderer, Desitarious might not be the first Haunt one thinks of for the job. He's made it very clear, however, that anyone that wants his position is welcome to throw themselves into fire for it. It's his.
