SE Division and Clinton Streets are a vibrant destination for anyone seeking an eclectic mix of renowned restaurants, unique retail and family-owned businesses.

Division/Clinton is a Main Grid Room.

Description

From cult fish sauce wings to deliciously oddball ice cream creations, Southeast Division Street (and its scrappy adjunct SE Clinton Street) is one of the most culinarily clogged thoroughfares in Portland. Once a better destination for a bucket of Benjamin Moore paint than a cutting-edge meal, this neighborhood has become famous for being one of the country's best destinations for culinary adventures.

The area's mix of high-density commercial architecture and tight-knit residential neighborhood began life as a nexus of the city's original streetcar network, making it a heart in Portland's ecomonic body. A small handful of the delightfully weird businesses and divey bars along the thoroughfares of Division and Clinton prove that the spirit of Old Portland lives on.
